Your wig will ship the same day if you order before 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time. (EST) If you order after 1:00pm EST on Friday or anytime on the weekend, your order will ship on Monday. On federal holidays, and usually the following business day, there is no mail service or limited mail service.

I recently purchased 100% human hair wig HH Carolina in the color of 1B. Not satisfied with what I received. The color is darker than what I 1B (black/brown) should be, it appears totally black. The quality of the wig seems more synthetic than human feel. I will not order from this site again.

I have been wearing wigs for over 20 yrs.Loved the style just a little too long, so I trimmed it. I was a little concerned that it didn't feel o act like human hair. I also tried to bleach it to lighten it up a little but this wig remained the same color. This has never happen before even with darker wigs.I always buy human hair wigs because I sometimes like to change the color. Not really sure this is a human hair wig especially for the price. Will go back to my regular wig provider.
